70 gr. of corn flour (cornstarch)
500 gr. milk

Put all the ingredients (eggs, sugar, butter, cornstarch and milk) in a jar.
​
Distribute immediately in containers and let cool until set.
​
At the time of serving the dessert, sprinkle with the brown sugar and burn with a kitchen torch until the sugar is golden brown. If we do not have a special burner or kitchen torch, you can burn the sugar by introducing the Muxu Goxo in the oven to gratin.

Decorate with a mint leaf and enjoy.
